The Wichita Anesthesiology Tuition Repayment Program: (for NEW CRNAs)
The program offers up to $20,000 each year that student participates, up to a total of $100,000. To participate in the program, students must meet the following requirements:
· Be a graduate of an MSNA or similar program · Be Licensed and Board Certified in the State of Kansas · Provide statement of current student loan standing
· Accepting the Tuition Repayment Program may result in an adjusted compensation rate. This will assist in decreasing your tax burden. · Concurrently this program will accelerate the rate at which your loans are paid off · After being accepted into the Tuition Repayment Program, the employee must remain employed with Wichita Anesthesiology, on a full-time basis, as a CRNA, for the same number of years for which he/she participated in the program. If the employee leaves Wichita Anesthesiology before that period of time elapses, he/she will have to repay the award received.
