Sharon Griffin

Sharon Griffin began her career with Nationwide Anesthesia Services in July 1998 after working for 5 years at the local hospital. While she hired on in an administrative capacity, Sharon migrated to the recruiting sector within her first year. She found her niche there. Being raised by a mother who was a geriatric nurse, Sharon was always drawn to the medical sector and helping others. In anesthesia recruiting she found both. Despite the changing times, Sharon’s philosophy remains simple and relevant: stay gracious and grateful always. As her career in recruiting has spanned and blossomed over two decades, so has Sharon’s family. She and her husband now have three daughters along with a menagerie of pets in their country home. In her leisure time Sharon enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, and above all, spending time with her family.
