Jan McDonald

Jan McDonald is our National Staffing Manager and has been with our company since April of 1998. A Pensacola, Florida native she lived most of her teenage and adult life in Iowa where she met and married Tim, the love of her life. Together they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Jan graduated from Nursing School in Iowa in August of 1976 and worked as an OR Nurse in Iowa, Colorado, and Ohio until March of 1998 when she and her family moved to NW Florida where her husband bought a manufacturing business.

She has been a pivotal part of the growth of NASI over her 20+ year tenure and continues to work each day to make our organization the best it can be. Jan is well known within the recruiting industry for work excellence and she has clients and providers that work with
her year after year.
