Heather Spinetti RN, BS

Heather joined Nationwide Anesthesia in 2004 as a staffing consultant. In 2005 she was promoted to Director of the Northeast. She opened Nationwide’s first office in the Boston area and was given the responsibility to build and maintain a team of recruiters that would support the needs of both anesthesia providers and hospitals in the region. While she and her team focus on the Northeast region they cover all 50 states as demand calls for it!

Utilizing her nursing and business background she has successfully built and maintained relationships with both Providers and Clients. She exclusively represents a number of large anesthesia groups at some of the regions most impressive hospitals. She enjoys working with both locum tenen providers as well as those searching for that perfect permanent position. Her primary goal is to make seamless transitions and to exceed expectations of all those she represents!

Her background includes nursing, management, quality improvement, contract negotiations, account sales, and recruitment. Overall Heather has 21 years of healthcare management experience including 19 years in healthcare staffing. Heather received her degrees from Emmanuel College in Boston MA.

On a personal note, she recently celebrated her 20th wedding anniversary with her husband Will. They are raising 2 lovely young girls. When not working she can usually be found either in a dance studio, horseback riding, hiking with her family or enjoying all sorts of water sports on Lake Winnipesauke!
