By focusing solely on anesthesia staffing for decades, we have developed a unique understanding of the needs of both anesthesia providers and anesthesia departments. We do more than simply fill positions – we make an ideal match.
We have full-time credentialing staff available to assist with the paperwork required for a provider to start a new assignment, including applications for both facility credentialing and state licensure. We also offer our help to hospital credentialing departments when working to get our providers approved.
We offer payroll services for many of our locum tenens assignments. This means prompt compensation for our providers, and fewer accounting headaches for our employers.
At Nationwide Anesthesia Services, we guarantee our contracts with anesthesia providers. Providers don’t have to wait until our agency receives payment before receiving their compensation. If a contract is ever cancelled without the required advance notice, we either arrange an alternate assignment or pay the provider for the guaranteed minimum time period.
All of our offices and staff work cooperatively to fill positions, sharing information on job opportunities as well as our database of available CRNAs and Anesthesiologists. While our providers and clients may have a primary contact within the agency, they can count on the recruiting efforts of all of our national offices as we work as a team to match the right anesthesia providers with the right jobs.
